Mortgage Net is now the springboard for R&B’s continuing expansion into the mortgage field, a market that is still hot in 2006. The website will allow loan officers to monitor their loans, as well as to follow all administrative functions including mailing and emailing. It also allows them to maintain contact with their borrowers. The website automatically calculates commission for loan officers, inputting them into Quickbooks within their office, allowing them to monitor all commissions from an originated loan.
The system also allows a loan officer to directly input an application into their processing system, which frees up time for approving loans within the back office. Status of a loan can be checked by the loan officer, borrower and any other person involved in the loan process. The site will show what states a loan officer is able to lend in and to link his own website to the company’s, allowing for worldwide applications. The Jamaica, New York company is looking to offer more mortgage services online in the race to maintain mortgage profits.
