Six new community bank clients have signed on with MoneyLine, a specialized provider of private-label, end-to-end mortgage origination and fulfillment services. Many reasons were stated for the alliance, but above all the ability to offer a full service, competitive residential mortgage programs with stellar customer service. Many of the banks, which include California’s 1st Centennial Bank and Pacific Coast National Bank, switched to MoneyLine’s services after outsourcing with another provider service.
Each client gains access to a private-label customer web site where borrowers can find customized rate quotes, submit their application, track the progress of their loan, request assistance from their loan officer or other staff and access many other mortgage resources. Most of the banks that are participating have not been able to offer their clients interactive mortgage services online. Real time information is also offered to employees throughout the loan process, allowing employees to facilitate loan closings. Each client bank also has a set of mortgage professionals that ensure excellent customer service for employees and customers.
