Delivery Management System Delivered in Software

The company, which provides products and services to secondary mortgage markets, announced the unveiling of its Astera Delivery Manager system, a web based platform that has the ability to be customized to an individual company’s needs. The software will help define and manage processes based on a company’s seller workflow and investor requirements. Task management and communication issues often hinder the due diligence process, a problem that the ADM system alleviates. The system also generates automatic tasks and assigns them to users based on workflow and management models that were input by a particular company.
The workflow is defined, managed and controlled by the individual company, allowing the platform to be honed into a particular company’s needs. The result is maximum efficiency and a shorter life cycle of the due diligence process. Further, the logging and reporting capabilities allow mortgage bankers to have an improved understanding of the criteria that individual lenders have for buying the loans, reducing the number of loans that are retained due to stipulations.
