Assurance Program Offered For Mortgage Leads

Lead generation companies are not regulated, and many mortgage firms have been unhappy by paying for poor quality leads. The new Quality Assurance program by ProspectZone is a step forward in the effort to meet broker demand for valid names and numbers of those individuals who have requested mortgage help. The company uses search engine optimization and pay-per-click campaigns to collect leads of those people actively shopping for a mortgage.
The leads then are sifted with a tele-verification process performed by the company’s call center team, which not only verifies the information given but also verifies that the person is still interested in getting a mortgage. Filters can also be activated for the leads, so specific companies can tailor their results. State, county, loan amount, property value and type and credit rating can be used to filter the leads. The verification and filter process assures that the leads received by a company are valid, interested parties that are looking for the type of loan companies offer.
