The idea was addressing individual needs for buyers, using leverage as one of the largest mortgage companies in the US to give clients better rates while retaining personalized service.

Pam has established contact with real estate agents and title companies in the area, assuring that her clients receive prompt and courteous service throughout their experience. The result is happy clients, who in turn refer Pam and First Metro to other people looking for a mortgage. At a time when some mortgage companies are closing down, Pam is expanding, looking even to purchasing another office. She has also recently started an Are you a Hero? program, giving discounts to clients that are firefighters, police workers, and in the military.
